Damaged Items
FedEx.
If the item is obviously damaged, note this with the driver and refuse shipment. This item will be returned to CheapHam.com and another will be sent at no additional charge.
If hidden damage is noted, contact FedEx as soon as possible. They will pickup. Once the item is received by Cheapham.com, a replacement will be sent.
MAIL. It is the customer's responsibility to file all loss or damage claims with the postal department.

Software
Software is sold on a non-returnable basis. Any software problems will be resolved under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
New Equipment Returns
At the discretion of CheapHam.com and with prior approval we will accept an item for return. Items must be returned in "as shipped" condition including all documentation, blank warranty card, etc.
Cables/adapters are not returnable once the package is opened.
Under most circumstances a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges will be assessed. Please phone us at (732) 716-1600 prior to returning any merchandise.
Your means of refund for returns will be the same as that used for your original payment. Generally refunds/credits are made within 7 business days upon receiving of the returned
merchandise.
Manufacturer's New Equipment Warranties
Actual warranty terms are included with most items within the shipping container. The customer is responsible for handling warranty issues with the manufacturer.
