Software

Software is sold on a non-returnable basis. Any software problems will be resolved under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

New Equipment Returns

At the discretion of CheapHam.com and with prior approval we will accept an item for return within 5 days of delivery. . Items must be returned in "as shipped" condition including all documentation, blank warranty card, etc. Cables and adapters are not returnable once the package is opened.

Under most circumstances a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges will be assessed. Please e-mail us at sales@cheapham.com prior to returning any merchandise.

Your means of refund for returns will be the same as that used for your original payment. Generally refunds/credits are made within 7 business days upon receiving of the returned merchandise.

Manufacturer's New Equipment Warranties

Actual warranty terms are included with most items within the shipping container. The customer is responsible for handling warranty issues with the manufacturer.
